Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper

QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Drake Tax experience a plus. Track and calculate adjustments to payroll additions and deductions.

Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper 
 

• Tax preparation including 1099 and 1040 
• Tax planning 
• Corporate, Estate and Trust tax preparation experience a plus 
• Client accounting using multiple versions of QuickBooks 
• Prepare financial statements in Excel 
• Prepare payroll for clients on their normal schedule 
• Track and calculate adjustments to payroll additions and deductions 
• Prepare payroll tax returns and W-2’s 
• Prepare sales tax returns 
• QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, and Drake Tax experience a plus 
• QuickBooks certification a plus 
• Canopy client management software experience a plus 
• Enrolled Agent or CPA a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn  
• Strong communication skills
