At Wiss, we are independent by choice. While much of the profession is consolidating or taking outside capital from Private Equity, we're building a different model — one focused on long-term careers, strong culture, and better client service. We are also investing heavily in AI and modern finance tools, not to replace our people, but to remove lower-value work and give our professionals more room to advise, think, and grow.
