Based in Manhattan, NY we are a Top 10 Global Public Accounting Firm looking to bring on an ASC 740 Tax Partner or ASC 740 Managing Director in the financial services industry.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Extensive ASC 740 experience
• 9 years or more of related experience in public accounting, law firm, or trust department
• Bachelors or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• CPA license or J.D. degree and bar admission
• Experience managing multiple client engagements

TOTAL COMPENSATION EXPECTATIONS DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE ON TARGET EARNINGS BETWEEN $500K - $1M
