Tax Manager | West Springfield, MA (Hybrid)

A well-established CPA firm in the West Springfield, MA area is adding a Tax Manager to its team. You'll lead review and planning work for a good mix of business and individual clients, and you'll be a go-to leader for the tax staff.

What you'll do:

- Review and sign off on business and individual returns

- Manage deadlines and workflow across your clients

- Advise clients on tax planning throughout the year

- Coach, train and mentor seniors and staff

What you bring:

- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)

- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review and supervisory experience a big plus

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

- Strong communication and client service skills

Salary: $100,000-$140,000 depending on experience, plus year-end discretionary bonus potential. This is a hybrid role with a team that values your input and your growth.
