Tax Manager, Public Accounting (Hybrid after training)

I'm working with a stable, privately owned public accounting firm with multiple offices in southwest Ohio. They're looking for an experienced Tax Manager with strong business tax expertise.

What they offer:

• Salary of $100,000 to $165,000, depending on experience
• More than generous PTO plus paid holidays
• A hybrid schedule after the training period
• A sustainable busy season and flexibility in the off season
• A very stable, privately owned firm with multiple offices

What you bring:

• CPA or EA preferred
• Strong experience preparing and reviewing business returns, including S Corporations, C Corporations and pass-through entities
• Public accounting tax experience serving clients across multiple industries
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring staff
• Strong client communication skills
