**Tax Manager / Tax Director (Hybrid) — Bridgeville, PA**

Pay: $140,000 – $190,000 + bonus potential

Lead a tax practice that's busy without the busy season. A growing, niche-focused CPA and advisory firm south of Pittsburgh is hiring at the Tax Manager or Tax Director level to own client tax planning, run the department's workflow and develop the team. Hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

- Own client tax planning and service for business and individual clients

- Oversee tax workflow, software and process across the department

- Develop, coach and evaluate staff and coordinate departmental training

- Review corporate and individual returns and provide timely feedback

- Director level: help steer firm management, department utilization, margins and pricing

- Create thought leadership such as articles and webinars and build your network

What you bring:

- CPA (EA considered at Manager level)

- Manager: 5-7 years of public accounting with 3-5 years leading people

- Director: 10 years of public accounting with 5+ years of leadership

- Corporate and individual tax experience; Master's in Tax and business development experience a plus
