    We are an energetic & fast paced tax office located in Studio City, California. Our client base consists of high net worth individuals and closely held businesses. We provide tax and accounting services, business management, and consulting. The firm is dedicated to providing a high quality of service to our clients and, just as importantly, to maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for all our employees.

    As an experienced tax manager, it is assumed that you are a self-starter that functions well with very little oversight, who is well organized, and has strong communication skills. Some of your duties will consist of preparing/reviewing individual, LLC, estate, partnership, trust, corporate, gift, and non-profit tax returns, lead a tax team, run tax projections and financial forecasts, research tax issues, perform accounting and business management duties, and work on special projects.

    Responsibilities:
    Ability to prepare and review high level partnership, S Corp and individual tax return preparation
    Deliver a full range of tax services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, etc.
    Ability to provide tax planning, consulting and expertise
    A strong bookkeeping background, preferred
    Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
    Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
    Ability to handle notices and other issues from various tax authorities
    Ability to handle tax research assignments along with analyzing tax code & regulations
    Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's (Required)
    Tax Experience: 6 years (Required)
    US work authorization (Required)

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday
    Overtime, during tax season and as needed

    License/Certification:
    CPA or EA
    Compensation: $125,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
