Tax Manager / Senior with strong Corporate Return experience (cpa firm)

A CPA firm is currently seeking a  Senior Manager / senior who has significant experience with Form 1120. 

• Prepare  corporate/ business tax returns, Form 1120.
• Prepare tax provisions, including current and deferred taxes, for both federal and states.
• Review tax returns for accuracy, minimization of tax liability, available tax credits, and tax provision.
