Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager | Partner Track

A well-established public accounting firm is seeking a Tax Manager / Senior Tax Manager with leadership aspirations and a desire to continue growing toward future Partnership. This opportunity is built for someone who enjoys client interaction, mentorship, advisory work, and wants to play a visible role in the long-term growth of a firm.

This is not a role built around simply reviewing returns. The firm is looking for a relationship-driven professional who wants to become deeply involved with clients, staff development, and leadership initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare individual, corporate, partnership, and business tax returns
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Provide tax planning and advisory services
• Mentor and develop staff members
• Review financial statements and related reporting
• Participate in leadership discussions and firm initiatives
• Assist with business development and client growth efforts
• Work directly with leadership on long-term strategic goals

Qualifications:

• CPA preferred
• 8+ years of public accounting experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities
• Tax planning and review experience
• Relationship-focused mindset
• Interest in long-term Partnership trajectory
