What You'll Do
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
Oversee tax compliance, planning, and engagement execution
Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly
Drive process improvements and support adoption of new technologies
Support business development and identify value-added service opportunities
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
7+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong leadership and team management experience
Expertise in tax preparation, review, and technical research
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Advanced Excel and overall strong technical aptitude
