Tax Manager

We are partnered with a Top 10 Midwest CPA and business advisory firm experiencing strong growth and seeking a Tax Manager to join their St. Louis team. This firm is known for its collaborative, people-first culture, strong leadership, and commitment to developing its professionals.
What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals
- Review complex tax returns and provide technical guidance
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
- Oversee tax compliance, planning, and engagement execution
- Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients accordingly
- Drive process improvements and support adoption of new technologies
- Support business development and identify value-added service opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA required
- 7+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong leadership and team management experience
- Expertise in tax preparation, review, and technical research
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Advanced Excel and overall strong technical aptitude
