We're currently partnered with a well-established and highly regarded public accounting firm in the St. Louis area that is looking to add a Tax Manager to their growing team.

What you'll be doing:
Overseeing the preparation and review of federal, state, and local tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, and trust)
Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to a diverse client base
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships
Leading, mentoring, and developing tax staff and seniors
Managing multiple engagements while ensuring quality, timeliness, and compliance
Staying current on tax regulations and advising clients accordingly
Contributing to business development and firm growth initiatives
What they're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
CPA required
10+ years of public accounting tax experience
Strong technical knowledge across a variety of tax areas
Proven leadership and team management experience
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Experience with CCH (Axcess, Practice Management, Workstream) preferred
