A bit about us:

We’re an independently owned, full-service CPA firm with 120 professionals working remotely across more than 30 states. For over 40 years, we’ve served clients across a range of industries through tax, audit and assurance, transaction services, and consulting.

Our work often puts us in competition with Big 4 firms, and many of our senior team members came from those firms. They wanted to continue handling complex engagements with a more manageable workload. We have a strong business tax practice, particularly with pass-through entities, closely held businesses, multistate operations, and high-net-worth individuals. We’re growing quickly and continue to build our team nationwide.

Why join us?

You’ll work on complex tax engagements involving pass-through entities, partnerships, S corporations, multistate LLCs, C corporations, and high-net-worth individuals. Busy season typically runs 50–55 hours per week, ~2,300 total hours annually.

Partners work closely with the team, provide guidance, and take an active role in staff development. You’ll have direct access to leadership and opportunities to advance as you grow with the firm.

**Compensation**

  • Base salary of $125,000–$175,000, depending on experience
  • Annual bonus of $10,000–$35,000
  • Work-from-home allowance of $3,600–$6,000 per year
  • Paid overtime for hours over 40 at the staff and senior levels

**Benefits**

  • Firm pays 90% of employee medical premiums and 80% for dependents
  • Fully paid employee dental, vision, long-term disability, and life insurance; dependent vision is also covered
  • HSA and Section 125 plans available
  • 401(k) with a dollar-for-dollar match on contributions up to 4% of compensation, plus discretionary profit sharing
  • Four weeks of PTO for managers and above, plus standard holidays

**Remote schedule**

Our team works remotely across the country. You can adjust your start and end times within the 7 a.m.–6 p.m. Pacific window, with eight hours of overlap expected.
