Tax Manager | North Haven, CT (Hybrid)

A growing CPA firm in the Greater New Haven area is adding a Tax Manager. It's mostly review, with some hands-on work on the complicated returns. The partners want to promote from within, so there's a clear next step to Senior Manager, then Director.

What you'll do:

- Prepare and review 1040, 1065, 1120 and 1120-S returns

- Stay current on tax law and answer questions from junior staff

- Lead trainings and mentor the team

- Work with clients and partners on planning

What you bring:

- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)

- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review experience a big plus

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

- Strong research skills

Salary: $120,000-$150,000 depending on experience. Hybrid schedule and a team that supports your growth.
