What You’ll Do
Serve as a key liaison between senior managers, partners, clients, and staff throughout all phases of engagements
Prepare and review Forms 990, 990âT, and related state returns
Support joint cost allocations and taxâexempt compliance matters
Advise clients on taxâexempt status and regulatory considerations
Identify and evaluate unrelated business income tax (UBIT), including planning and exposure reviews
Assist with the formation of taxable and nonâtaxable subsidiaries
Support planned giving strategies and advisory services
Monitor and interpret legislative changes impacting notâforâprofit organizations
Conduct excess benefit transaction studies
Contribute to staff development by coaching, mentoring, and sharing technical knowledge
Participate in new client business development and relationship building

Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Active CPA license
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and tax preparation software
Pay
The anticipated hiring range for this position is $108,600-$141,200 and is dependent on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
