What You'll Do

• Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns
• Manage client accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
• Assist clients with tax planning, financial planning, and strategic advisory needs
• Perform complex tax research and provide practical recommendations
• Supervise current engagements and follow up on completed projects
• Review work for accuracy, quality, and compliance
• Train, mentor, and support junior and senior-level staff
• Manage multiple complex projects, deadlines, and client priorities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support a culture focused on quality, service, and long-term client success

What We're Looking For

• 7 or more years of tax experience in public accounting
• CPA or EA required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
• Supervisory or staff management experience
• Ability to manage client accounts and multiple engagements
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
• Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
