    About the Role

This is a review and advisory role at its core. • Review workpapers and returns with complex book-to-tax adjustments and multi-state exposure

    • Advise clients on tax planning opportunities across transactions, structures, and ongoing strategy

    • Act as a primary relationship owner for private equity and family office clients, staying ahead of issues before they become problems

    • Lead technical research on complex issues and serve as the go-to resource for senior and associate-level staff

    • Hold the standard on quality and delivery across a portfolio of client engagements

    • Multi-state experience preferred

    • CPA or EA preferred

    • Bachelor's in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation a plus

    • Track record of managing client relationships, developing staff, and translating technical complexity into clear communication

    • Base salary: $110k-$150k, commensurate with experience

    • Annual discretionary bonus up to 10%

    • 20 days PTO; overtime beyond 40 hours converts to additional comp time

    • 100% company-paid family health and dental insurance premiums
