Tax Manager

We have a great client in Indianapolis looking for a Tax Manager, the ideal candidate will be experienced in the following; Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA and/or Advanced Degree is preferred. Experience with complex U.S. income tax areas such as consolidated returns, IRC Section 382, SRLY concepts, income tax accounting, and M&A activities.

We have a great client in Indianapolis looking for a Tax Manager, the ideal candidate will be experienced in the following;

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA and/or Advanced Degree is preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in US income tax
• Tax experience in a Big 4 firm and within a tax department of a major company with practical hands on experience.
• Familiarity with Corptax, OneSource, Hyperion and other tax and accounting software programs a plus.
• Strong US & International tax technical skills
• Experience with complex U.S. income tax areas such as consolidated returns, IRC Section 382, SRLY concepts, income tax accounting, and M&A activities.
• Previous experience with US "Inbound" companies a plus
• Strong organizational skills and documentation skills including the ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to interact with all levels of an organization
• Ability to research and document US tax issues
• Strong analytical skills and an overall knowledge of US federal income tax
