**Tax Manager (Hybrid) — Wooster, OH**

Pay: $108,000 – $138,000 per year

Ready to run your own client engagements with real backing behind you? A growing, middle-market accounting and advisory firm with offices across Northeast Ohio is adding a Tax Manager in Wayne County, with a flexible hybrid schedule.

What you'll do:

- Manage all facets of tax engagements for middle-market businesses and their owners

- Review corporate, partnership, S corp and individual returns

- Supervise staff and direct the day-to-day progress of engagements

- Advise clients on planning, compliance and tax-saving strategies

- Build client relationships and help grow the practice

What you bring:

- 5+ years of public accounting tax experience

- CPA license

- Experience supervising and reviewing staff work

- Strong pass-through and business tax knowledge
