Tax Manager (Hybrid)

**Tax Manager (Hybrid) — Murfreesboro, TN**

Pay: $125,000 – $155,000 + bonus potential

Get in early and help build a practice. A growing Middle Tennessee CPA firm is hiring a Tax Manager with a real path to partnership. Hybrid, with most summer Fridays off.

What you'll do:

- Manage and review individual, partnership, C-corp, S-corp, trust and nonprofit returns

- Lead planning for business owners and their related entities, especially construction and nonprofit clients

- Supervise, train and mentor tax staff and seniors

- Serve as primary client contact and handle IRS and state correspondence

- Help shape the firm's systems, culture and growth

What you bring:

- 4+ years of progressive public accounting tax experience

- CPA preferred; MST a plus

- Construction contractor or nonprofit experience preferred

- CCH Axcess or similar software
