Tax Manager

Memorial/Energy Corridor-area CPA firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead a portfolio of energy, real estate, and closely held business clients.

Highlights
- Manage tax engagements and serve as primary client contact
- Review complex partnership, corporate, and individual returns
- Lead planning, entity structuring, and IRS/state controversy work
- Develop and supervise seniors and associates
- 6+ years public accounting tax experience; CPA required
- Hybrid schedule; firm interviewing now and ready to hire

Compensation & benefits
- Base salary $115,000–$140,000 DOE
- Bonus tied to realization, client growth, and team development
