Tax Manager – Hybrid | Path to Tax Director | $120K–$175K + Bonus

About the Role:
This firm is seeking a Tax Manager to lead their tax department. You'll work with high-net-worth individuals, small businesses, and partnerships, bringing both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset.

Requirements:

• CPA or EA required
• Extensive public accounting / tax experience required
• • Strong technical command of individual, partnership, and corporate tax
• Prior leadership in a tax department preferred
• Willingness to work collaboratively with junior and senior staff members
• Excellent client service and advisory skills
