    Tax Manager

    Location: Fort Myers, FL (On-site)
    Salary: $150,000–$195,000

    We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage complex tax engagements, provide strategic tax planning and advisory services, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients.     Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns, including individual, high-net-worth, C-Corporation, S-Corporation, partnership, trust, and estate returns
    • Manage multiple tax engagements simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines and client expectations
    • Provide comprehensive tax planning, research, and advisory services tailored to client needs
    • Identify tax-saving opportunities and develop customized strategies for individual and business clients
    • Ensure all tax returns are accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable tax laws and regulations
    • Assist clients with tax audits, notices, and inquiries from federal, state, and local tax authorities
    • Develop and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted tax advisor
    • Collaborate with accounting and advisory team members to deliver comprehensive solutions
    • Stay current on changes to federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior and staff-level tax professionals

    Required Qualifications

    • 7+ years of public accounting or relevant tax experience
    • CPA certification required
    • Strong experience preparing and reviewing a variety of individual and business tax returns
    • In-depth knowledge of partnerships, corporations, trusts, estates, and high-net-worth individual taxation
    • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations
    • Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
