A growing and highly respected law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an experiencedTax Manager with law firm tax experience to lead complex client engagements and mentor a high-performing tax team. This is a hybrid role offering professional growth, leadership responsibility, and the opportunity to work on sophisticated tax matters.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and review complex tax compliance and planning engagements specific to law firm clients
- Handle flow-through entities and related 1040 returns
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and strategy
- Review staff-prepared returns for technical accuracy
- Lead, mentor, and develop a tax team within the law firm
Qualifications- Active CPA license required
- 5-7+ years of tax experience in a law firm setting
- Strong background in complex business entities and individual 1040s
- Experience in tax compliance, planning, and client engagement
- Proven tax reviewer and team leader
- Public Accounting experience a plus, but law firm experience is required
