A growing and highly respected law firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Tax Manager with law firm tax experience to lead complex client engagements and mentor a high-performing tax team. Key Responsibilities
Manage and review complex tax compliance and planning engagements specific to law firm clients
Handle flow-through entities and related 1040 returns
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and strategy
Review staff-prepared returns for technical accuracy
Lead, mentor, and develop a tax team within the law firm
Qualifications
Active CPA license required
5-7+ years of tax experience in a law firm setting
Strong background in complex business entities and individual 1040s
Experience in tax compliance, planning, and client engagement
Proven tax reviewer and team leader
Public Accounting experience a plus, but law firm experience is required
