Brewer Morris is partnering with a publicly traded, global manufacturing and technology company to hire an Income Tax Manager.
This is a primarily remote position, with onsite presence at the company's Rock Hill headquarters expected roughly once per month and around key deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Review quarterly and annual income tax provisions
- Review deferred tax calculations and financial statement disclosures
- Help bring more of the tax provision process in-house
- Oversee federal, state, and local income tax compliance
- Manage deliverables from outsourced compliance providers
- Partner with Finance and external auditors on tax reporting
- Support tax audits, planning, and research
- Improve tax processes, reporting, and controls
Qualifications
- 5 to 7+ years of corporate income tax or public accounting experience
- Strong ASC 740 and tax provision experience
- Experience with deferred taxes and tax-related financial statement disclosures
- Corporate federal and state income tax knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or Master's in Taxation preferred
- Multinational experience beneficial
