Tax Manager | Austin, TX (Hybrid or Remote)

A CPA firm with a strong regional reputation is hiring a Tax Manager for the Austin, TX area, and you can work hybrid or fully remote. You'll own a client portfolio, lead a team that actually supports each other, and have a written path toward Senior Manager and partner.

What you'll do:

- Review business, partnership, S corporation, trust and individual returns

- Advise clients on planning all year, not just in busy season

- Lead, train and mentor seniors and staff

- Manage engagement deadlines and keep quality high

What you bring:

- 3+ years of public accounting tax experience, with review and supervisory experience a big plus

- CPA preferred (if you're pursuing it, tell us)

- Bachelor's degree from a US college or university in accounting or a related field

- Strong communication and client service skills
