5 Years’ Experience in Accounting Firm
BS in Accounting (Masters in Taxation a plus)
Certified Public Accounting license
Federal and State tax compliance experience
To include Corporate, Partnership, Individual and Fiduciary tax returns
Analytical and technical skills in tax compliance and tax consulting/planning
Excellent communication skills and strong client service ability
Knowledge of tax software & technology and tax research tools
Strong attention to detail, highly ethical, self-directed, and results-oriented
100% onsite position
During Memorial Day through Labor day can work 4 10's and have every Friday off.
3 weeks PTO
Health insurance & 401k after 90 days
Path to Partner
During busy season minimum 52 hour work weeks, will not work more than 60 ever.
