Tax Director- High Net Worth

Hybrid near Chicago, Los Angeles, or Miami

Key Responsibilities:

• Review federal and state individual and fiduciary tax returns, income tax projections, and supporting workpapers
• Apply strong technical skills in individual and fiduciary income tax, with working knowledge of partnerships and S-corporations
• Provide strategic tax consulting, planning, and compliance services to clients
• Manage day-to-day client needs and oversee the tax return process, identifying and resolving tax issues as needed
• Conduct tax research to address and resolve technical issues

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s in Taxation preferred
• CPA license preferred
• 9+ years of progressive experience in public accounting
• Familiarity with hedge fund and private equity K-1s
• Strong client service mindset with a history of building and maintaining relationships
