Job Details- Lead complex tax engagements and provide year-round strategic planning across individual, partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, trust, and estate taxation
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients on entity structuring, business transactions, succession planning, and tax-saving strategies
- Manage a portfolio of client relationships while overseeing engagement staffing, budgets, timelines, profitability, and technical quality
- Lead, mentor, and develop Managers, Seniors, and Staff while promoting accountability and technical excellence
- Partner with firm leadership on business development, client expansion, recruiting, process improvements, and overall practice growth
- Qualifications: Active CPA required with 10+ years of recent public accounting tax experience, including complex engagement management, client relationship ownership, and professional staff leadership.
