We have recently partnered with a multi-location, North Dallas/Plano area CPA firm that has a three-decade history of success in the local market and is looking to add a senior leader Tax Principal/Director to their team with the intent of ultimately moving into an Equity Partner role within a 12-18 month timeframe.

In this role, our client is seeking a diamond in the rough that is ready to lead a team, build a business and do it with the support and backing of a firm whose client list is a Who's Who in northern Dallas, Collin and Rockwall markets.

Our client is looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys being the boots-on-the-ground face of the firm while being actively involved in the community; someone that has the passion to interface with clients, direct the day-to-day activities of the operation, and reap the rewards of that effort.

To succeed in this role, our client is seeking:

• 8+ years overall tax experience with at least the most recent four-plus years coming in a public accounting environment
• Excellent track record working with S-Corp, Partnership, High Net Worth Individual, Trust/Estate taxes across a varied industry group.
• While less than 10% of the job will be responsible for compliance work, as the leader of the operation your fingerprints will be across all aspects of the work leaving the office
• 4+ years in a supervisory/leadership capacity with a demonstrated history of building successful teams
