  • Leasing vacant units to prospective tenants, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Conducting property tours, showcasing the features and amenities of our properties
    <\/li>
  • Responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
    <\/li>
  • Maintaining accurate and up -to -date records of leasing activities, including applications, leases, and rent payments
    <\/li>
  • Collaborating with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process and resolve any issues that may arise
    <\/li>
  • Staying up -to -date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to ensure our properties remain competitive

    Requirements:<\/b>

    • 1 -2 years of experience in leasing or sales, preferably in the Real Estate/Property Management industry in LIHTC and Section 8 housing
      <\/li>
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing) preferred
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
      <\/li>
    • Ability to work in a fast -paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
      <\/li>
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency in property management software and technology, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems
      <\/li>
    • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed
      <\/li>
    • Salary: $18 -20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
