Pay: $21/hour

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Consultant for an apartment community in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must have previous tax credit or affordable housing experience and understand the required leasing and compliance documentation.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and conduct professional property tours
• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in
• Review applications and verify eligibility for tax credit housing
• Collect and process income, asset, and household documentation
• Complete certifications and recertifications accurately
• Maintain compliant resident files and organized records
• Follow up with prospects and manage leasing leads
• Assist residents and provide excellent customer service
• Support the onsite team with daily office operations

Requirements

• Tax credit or affordable housing experience required
• Knowledge of income qualifications and compliance documentation
• Previous apartment leasing experience
• Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and dependable attendance
