Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree. A minimum of three years of experience in the development, implementation, and/or auditing of quality assurance programs, to include experience in data analytics or information technology reporting tools (associated certifications may substitute for the required experience). Additional experience in the development, implementation, and/or auditing of quality assurance programs may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis.

The IT Quality Analyst provides technical support for daily operations at all Tax Collector branch offices, which includes services for tax collection, motorist services, and drivers license. Additionally, the incumbent will support the planning, loading, review and balance of the annual Tax Collector Tax Roll with an excess of one million billable accounts, as well as the development and maintenance of quality procedures and measures, and the support of inventory of all departmental equipment.
