WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Own IRS examination, appeals, and resolution matters from first notice through final resolution.
  • Represent clients before the IRS, including exams, appeals, and collections.
  • Research, draft, and develop defensible positions in memoranda, briefs, and agency submissions.

  • Help build the firm by improving our processes, tools, and knowledge resources.
WHO THRIVES HERE
  • Client-centric. You treat every client interaction as a reflection of the firm.
  • Self-starters. You take initiative and move matters forward without waiting to be asked.
  • Challenge-seekers. Competing deadlines and a full caseload energize you rather than rattle you.
  • Builders. You know this is still a growing firm, and that is exactly why you want in.
  • Adapters. You readily adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Remote pros. You communicate proactively, stay visible and reachable, and are a team player.

A PLUS
  • At least one year of hands-on tax controversy experience.
  • Estate planning experience.
  • Tax planning or strategy experience.
  • Litigation experience.
  • LL.M. in Taxation, CPA credential, or U.S. Tax Court admission.
