Tax Associate - Corporate

We're looking for a Tax Associate to join our Corporate Tax team: someone who's ready to learn fast, work on complex cross-border returns, and grow in an environment where quality and people come first.

What You'll Actually Do

You'll prepare and work on a real portfolio, not just support work, not just data entry. From day one, you'll be involved in:

• Preparing corporate and partnership tax returns (revenues from $0 to $100M) across industries like Tech, Pharma, Marketing, Consumer Products
• Running state and local nexus analyses and apportionment factor calculations
• Computing federal taxable income and identifying book-to-tax differences
• Working on international tax forms, 5472, 5471, 8865, 8858, 1042-S, FinCEN 114
• Collaborating directly with seniors and managers on complex engagements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 2–3 years of international tax experience in a CPA firm
• Proficiency in at least one tax software
• Someone who respects deadlines and communicates early when things shift
• Autonomous, but genuinely enjoys being part of a team
• High integrity and strong confidentiality instincts
• US work authorization required
• CPA in progress
