Top-tier boutique law firm seeks Tax and Trusts/Estates Paralegal to support partners on matters relating to estate planning and administration, transactional tax planning, tax controversies property and income tax planning, planning for incapacity, asset protection, beneficiary and fiduciary guidance. This position works three in office and two at home. Reasonable billable requirement. An ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate or a signed 6450 Attorney Attestation required.
