TAX AND ASSURANCE ASSOCIATE

Well known CPA firm in Auburn WA is looking for a Tax Associate with Assurance experience to join their expanding team.

Looking for a Tax prepper with Assurance. This role will be roughly 60% tax and 40% assurance. 

Hybrid work for 1-2 days in the office. Fully remote on Thursdays.

Looking for 7+ years of experience. Generalist. 

Comp: $90K - $115K

The team doesn't go off titles. They are CPA Accountants! 

They work in international tax, small business,   

Software they use: UltraTax preferred or CCH Access

Less than 1,000 returns completed last year so their work is complicated and takes time to complete. 

Location: Auburn, WA. Ideal candidate would be Lakewood/Bonney Lake up to West Seattle.

Their team is very collaborative and very flexible with schedules. They promote a great work life balance working up to 55 hours during busy season.

2 weeks PTO during the first year, adding 1 week PTO every year after that up to year 5. Every 7 years of employment the employee gets a 1-month sabbatical.
