Tax Analyst

Payrate: $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
 
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in US WHT and FATCA, and possess a strong foundation in accounting or a business-related field. This role requires a proactive individual who can thrive in an international, fast-paced, and changing environment.
 
Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy in tax-related processes and manage number details efficiently.
• Lead and collaborate with remote international teams to achieve organizational goals.
• Utilize compliance software systems, with a preference for CorpTax, to maintain compliance standards.
• Conduct thorough research using platforms such as IntelliConnect, BNA, and RIA.
• Prepare and present reports using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Organize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines under pressure.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a Business-related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Public Accounting and/or industry, with state and local income tax experience.
• Proven level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 
Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective interaction with international teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $20.00 - $23.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
