Tax Accountant

Salary: $85,000-$100,000 Base

Key Responsibilities for the Tax Accountant:

• Prepare and review individual, nonprofit, partnership, S-Corp, and C-Corp tax returns
• Manage an established client portfolio of approximately 300 tax clients
• Provide tax planning and resolution support for complex client situations
• Support and expand outsourced accounting and bookkeeping services
• Utilize UltraTax, QuickBooks Online/Desktop, and related accounting software

Qualifications for the Tax Accountant:

• 2+ years of tax preparation experience in public accounting or a tax-focused environment
• Experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for multiple entity types
• Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree with relevant experience will be considered
• CPA credential preferred or willingness to obtain EA designation
