Tax Accountant

This dynamic, expanding CPA firm is looking for a qualified professional to manage the tax and financial needs of its diverse clientele. The ideal candidate demonstrates technical tax knowledge combined with strong client service skills and attention to detail.

·         Minimum 7 years of experience in managing accounting operations and principles

·         Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting

·         Relevant tax preparation certification or licensing a plus, CPA preferred

·         Preparation of corporation, partnership and individual tax returns (trust, estate and gift              tax returns and planning a plus)

·         Knowledge of tax controversy issues as well as audit and attest experience desired 

·         Proficiency in CCH Access and QuickBooks

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to accuracy
