Tax Accountant
Location: Lexington, MA (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary: $90,000-$130,000 DOE

Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Prepare and review individual tax returns (1040s)
• 
  
• Assist with tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses
• 
  
• Research tax issues and stay current on tax law changes
• 
  
• Communicate directly with clients to gather information and answer tax-related questions
• 
  
• Support partners and senior leadership on various tax engagements
• 
  
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tax filings
• 
  

Qualifications:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 
  
• 2+ years of tax experience in a public accounting environment
• 
  
• Strong experience preparing 1040 tax returns
• 
  
• CPA or CPA-track preferred, but not required
• 
  
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• 
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
•
