We're partnering with our client, a well-established Omaha firm looking to bring on an experienced Tax Accountant to jump in immediately and make an impact. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with both individuals and business clients, values autonomy, and can hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing
Prepare and review individual tax returns (1040s) with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with business returns (1065, 1120, 1120S) as needed
Develop tax projections and support planning conversations with clients
Work directly with individuals and business owners to navigate tax scenarios
Maintain clean, organized documentation and workpapers
Stay on top of current tax laws and identify opportunities for clients
3+ years of tax experience in public accounting or similar environment
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills and a client-service mindset
