A bit about us:

We are an established boutique public accounting firm offering a personalized, relationship-driven approach to tax, audit, assurance, and advisory services.

Our clients range from small businesses and individual business owners to sophisticated, multi-state organizations, providing our team with meaningful exposure to a wide variety of industries, business structures, and accounting complexities.

Unlike larger firms, where employees can become just another billable hour, we believe in building long-term careers while maintaining a healthy balance between professional and personal lives.

We're looking for an experienced Staff Accountant who enjoys public accounting, values collaboration, and wants to continue developing their technical skills while working directly with experienced CPAs and firm leadership.

Why join us?

● Competitive Compensation: $65,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience.

● Additional Earning Potential: Target annual bonus of 10% of base salary, paid quarterly, plus an additional year-end profitability bonus.

● Work-Life Balance: Standard 7.5-hour workdays outside of tax season.

● Half-Day Summer Fridays: Four-hour Fridays from Memorial Day through the summer.

● Boutique Firm Culture: A close-knit team that values family, community involvement, and life outside of work.

● Direct Leadership Exposure: Work alongside experienced CPAs and firm principals on meaningful client engagements.

● Diverse Client Portfolio: Gain exposure to both small businesses and complex, multi-state organizations.

● Professional Growth: Develop your expertise across both tax and audit/assurance rather than being limited to one area.

● Meaningful Impact: Join a team where your contributions are recognized and you have the opportunity to take ownership of your work.
