About the Role

This is a hands-on public tax role for someone who wants to own their work from intake to filing. You'll manage a book of clients, handle their accounts, and take their tax filings across the finish line. The right person is the kind who sees every project through and doesn't let details slip.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Take on clients and manage their accounts end to end
• Build strong working relationships and serve as a dependable point of contact

Tax Preparation & Filing

• Prepare and file public tax returns for a range of clients
• Keep filings accurate, organized, and on schedule

Project Ownership

• See each engagement through from start to finish
• Stay on top of deadlines and follow up without being chased

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong tax filing experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Reliable and comfortable working directly with clients
