Job Summary

Southern Company Services is seeking an experienced Task Project Manager III to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and energy-related projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

·Manage assigned projects and project tasks from planning through completion.

·Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.

·Coordinate resources, contractors, and cross-functional project teams.

·Monitor project progress and proactively resolve risks and issues.

·Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

·Communicate project status and key updates to stakeholders and leadership.

·Support project documentation, reporting, and continuous process improvement.

·Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Required Qualifications

·Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field preferred.

·10+ years of project or task management experience, preferably in the energy or utility industry.

·Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

·Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

·Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

·Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

·Experience managing engineering, construction, or utility projects.

·Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
