Job Title: Task Project Manager 3 (TPM3)
Location: Plant Farley, Columbia, AL 36319
Duration: 8/24/2026 –4/30/2027
Pay Rate: $88.03/hr
Shift: 1st shift
Job Description:
Responsible for managing assigned projects/tasks, coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring safe execution in compliance with project plans, nuclear safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project activities from planning through completion.
- Coordinate field teams, resources, and schedules.
- Monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
- Support documentation, reporting, and issue resolution.
- Perform field observations to ensure safe work practices.
Required Skills & Education:
- 10+ years of project management experience in the energy sector.
- Experience in nuclear/power generation projects preferred.
- Strong project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience with field execution and contractor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred.
