Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee contractor work activities.
- Ensure work complies with contract requirements, plant procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform regular field observations and identify performance trends.
- Review contractor timesheets daily.
- Track project schedules and monitor progress.
- Coordinate manpower and project resources.
- Verify contractor qualifications before work begins.
- Communicate project expectations and resolve field issues.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain site qualification throughout the assignment.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of project/task management experience in a nuclear power plant (Required).
- Strong knowledge of construction management.
- Experience managing contractors and field operations.
- Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience tracking schedules, resources, and project progress.
Education Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
- Project Management experience is required.
- Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred.
