Job Title: Task Project Manager 3 (TPM3)
Location: Atlanta, GA
Duration: 08/17/2026 – 12/31/2027 (Approximately 16 months)
Pay Rate: $88.00/hr
Shift Timings: 1ST Shift
 
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Task Project Manager 3 (TPM3) to support capital projects. The Project Task Manager will coordinate and oversee contractor activities, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with contract requirements, plant procedures, and regulatory standards. The role involves extensive field oversight, contractor management, schedule tracking, and maintaining high safety and quality standards in a nuclear power plant environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and oversee contractor work activities.
  • Ensure work complies with contract requirements, plant procedures, and safety standards.
  • Perform regular field observations and identify performance trends.
  • Review contractor timesheets daily.
  • Track project schedules and monitor progress.
  • Coordinate manpower and project resources.
  • Verify contractor qualifications before work begins.
  • Communicate project expectations and resolve field issues.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Maintain site qualification throughout the assignment.
 
Required Skills:
  • 5–10 years of project/task management experience in a nuclear power plant (Required).
  • Strong knowledge of construction management.
  • Experience managing contractors and field operations.
  • Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience tracking schedules, resources, and project progress.
 
Education Required:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
  • Project Management experience is required.
  • Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Construction, or a related discipline is preferred.
