We cover all travel expenses for qualifying roles, so all you need to bring is your talent and a great attitude.Job Summary:The Task Force Stewarding Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the stewarding department during temporary assignments at resort and hotel properties across the United States. This position is 100% travel-based, with rotations lasting 12 to 16 weeks. The Stewarding Supervisor ensures the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and operational efficiency while leading the stewarding team and supporting kitchen and banquet operations.Compensation & BenefitsPay up to $19.00 per hour, plus overtime opportunitiesAll travel expenses paid12-16 week travel assignments at premier resort locationsEmployee housing provided (shared accommodations)Rent is $112 per week, conveniently payroll deductedOne complimentary meal provided for each shift workedKey Responsibilities:Supervise and train steward staff to ensure proper cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen tools, equipment, and dining areasEnsure all dishwashing and cleaning operations adhere to food safety and sanitation standardsMonitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment and communicate needs to the Head ChefOversee the cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, ensuring that all surfaces and equipment are sanitized and ready for useHandle scheduling and coordination of steward shifts to ensure proper coverage during audit operationsPerform regular inspections of kitchen and dining areas to ensure high cleanliness standards are met at all timesWork closely with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to support food preparation and ensure a clean, efficient work environmentManage the safe disposal of trash, waste, and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulationsTroubleshoot any issues related to cleaning equipment, materials, or staff performance, and escalate when necessaryQualifications:Previous experience in stewarding or kitchen maintenance, with at least one year in a supervisory role preferredStrong knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and cleaning protocolsAbility to manage, train, and motivate a team of stewards effectivelyExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with kitchen and dining staffAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling equipment and materials (with or without accommodations)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organizationFlexibility to adapt to changing schedules and responsibilities based on audit needsWhy Join Us?We pay for your travelWork in unique locations across the U.S.Gain diverse experience and expand your networkBe part of a supportive, high-energy team that's as passionate as you areIf you're ready to elevate your career while exploring new places, we want to hear from you.
