Job Description
Frozen Picker – Evening Shift | $19/hr
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $19.00 per hour

We are currently hiring Frozen Pickers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Tampa, FL.

Schedule
  • Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Current Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Schedule is subject to change based on operational needs.
  • Candidates must have flexible availability, as scheduled workdays and days off may change from week to week.
  • A schedule may remain the same for several weeks and then change depending on business needs.

Work Environment
This position works inside a freezer at approximately -10°ree;F.
Candidates must be comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures for the duration of the shift. Cold-weather equipment is provided.

Qualifications
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to maintain a consistent work pace throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in approximately -10°ree;F freezer temperatures
  • Flexible availability to accommodate schedule changes
  • Warehouse, picking, or order fulfillment experience preferred
  • Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required
