Key Responsibilities
Lead development of HP NonStop Tandem applications in a hands-on technical capacity.
Guide and mentor team members, providing technical direction and code review support.
Write secure, high-quality production code and troubleshoot/debug code written by others.
Work closely with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business, system, and data flow requirements.
Ensure technical designs align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Architect and oversee end-to-end implementation of technical solutions.
Stay updated on modern tools, technologies, and engineering best practices to drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience with HP NonStop Tandem engineering; formal training or certification preferred.
